1. Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition you received it. Any product that has been used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for a return.
  • Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes, labels, and accessories, must be returned with the item.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, to process the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, cleaning products)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Items marked as “final sale”

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@worldpariz.com or call (215) 752-9324 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, ensuring all components (manuals, accessories, etc.) are included. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.
  4. Return Address: Send the item to the address we provide in the Return Authorization email.

Please note that we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.


4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Refunds will not include the cost of original shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. If you are unsure about the item you’d like to exchange, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us immediately. You are eligible for a full refund or a replacement item if the product is faulty or was damaged during shipping.

  • How to Report: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage or defect.
  • Return Shipping for Damaged Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or damaged items, and you will not be responsible for return shipping fees.

7. Cancellations

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it is typically processed within 1-2 business days. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@worldpariz.com. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, but you can return the item once it arrives.


8. International Returns

Currently, WorldPariz only accepts returns for orders shipped within the United States. We are working on expanding our return options for international customers and will notify you once these options become available.
